Group Training and Special Programs
Group Training sessions are high quality group workouts that combine technique, live/ situational wrestling, and conditioning. Classes and programs are designed to ensure Triumph members receive an effective workout each time they are on our mats. We also offer special seasonal programs throughout the year.
Private Lessons
With Private Lessons, our coaches will hold your accountability to higher levels and guide you through fully customized training sessions to get you the fastest and best results possible. Private Lessons are offered ONLY to current Triumph wrestling members and are for groups of 2, 4, or 6.
CAMPS
We strive to provide the best training environment in the country. Triumph provides different training opportunities throughout the year. Our goal is to help develop the best wrestlers in the country through our consistent training programs and seasonal camps!
