Group Training & Special Programs

Group Training sessions are high quality group workouts that combine technique, live/ situational wrestling and conditioning and are instructed by our top coaching staff. Classes and programs are designed to ensure Triumph members receive an effective workout each time they are on our mats. We also offer special season programs throughout the year.
Private Lessons
With Private Lessons, our coaches will hold your accountability to higher levels and guide you through fully customized training sessions to get you the fastest and best results possible. Private Lessons are offered ONLY to current Triumph wrestling members and are for groups of 2, 4, or 6.
Camps
Triumph offers Camps as well as seasonal programs that will be organized throughout the school year. The Camps range from Tot to High School.

About Triumph Wrestling
Triumph Wrestling was started in 2008 by Nick Roy, an NCAA Division 1 All American and two-time New Jersey State Champion. After graduating with a Business degree from the University of Michigan and spending a brief time in the Financial Industry, Nick's passion for wrestling led to the start of Triumph Wrestling.
Starting with just two members in 2008, Triumph has built a vast following and has achieved national success and recognition. Currently, the facility houses training for wrestlers from all over the state, some of which travel long distances to the Group Training sessions, Private Lessons and Camps offered at the Ocean Township location.
Triumph produces several nationally ranked and division one commits yearly. We have trained multiple NCAA All-Americans, over 10 state champs and over a 100 state placers.
Building the ever-growing "Triumph family" - coaches, members and their families - was Nick's vision when he opened the doors of the training facility. Loyalty and commitment is Triumph's formula for success, on and off the mat. This sense of connection is what makes Triumph a wrestling training club like no other.
